Delete your account or data
You can delete your AstroSimply account and data at any time:
- In the AstroSimply app: open Menu → Settings → Delete my account.
- Or send us a message on this page (or email [email protected]) from the mobile number or email you signed in with, asking us to delete your account.
We delete your account, profiles, birth charts and chats within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (for example, tax records for purchases).
