Terms of use

Last updated: 24 October 2026

By using the AstroSimply app or this website you agree to these terms. Please read them — they are short.

What AstroSimply is

AstroSimply provides Vedic astrology charts, readings and an AI guide for personal guidance, reflection and entertainment. Chart positions are calculated with the Swiss Ephemeris; explanations are based on classical rules and, in chat, written by an AI model that cites the rule it is using.

What it is not

Astrology is not a science and readings are not certainties. AstroSimply does not provide medical, pregnancy, mental-health, legal, financial, investment or tax advice, and it does not make predictions about death or serious illness. Please consult a qualified professional for those matters, and never delay seeking help because of a reading. You remain responsible for your own decisions.

Your account

  • Sign-in is by phone number only. Keep access to your phone secure.
  • Only add birth details for people who are happy for you to do so (for example, your family).
  • Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or scrape it, and no unlawful or abusive content in chat.

Subscriptions

  • Plans (Basic, Family, Pandit) are sold through Google Play or the App Store and renew monthly until you cancel.
  • Cancel any time in your store’s subscription settings; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their policies.
  • Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may change; changes apply from your next renewal after notice.

Printed copies

Printed kundalis are made to order after a human check. If a copy arrives damaged or contains an error we made, contact us within 14 days and we will reprint it.

Content

The app, website, text and designs belong to AstroSimply. You may share your own readings for personal, non-commercial use. Blog articles may be quoted briefly with a link back.

Liability

We work hard to keep AstroSimply accurate and available, but the service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made on the basis of a reading. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions: [email protected].
